This corporal pilot went out and bought himself an American flag for his first active deployment.
He was now under new employment.
He got his first assignment as a fighter pilot for the proud Black Knights.
He quickly learned how to maneuver in and out of tight narrow spaces through the dark fiery nights.
He understood the price.
It was for Iraqi Freedom.
He now had a good reason.
It was his time and season.
With all of his deployments to Iraq, he flew with his proud American flag near him, it was a reminder of what he was fighting for, it was a reminder of the cost of freedom.
America, never forget all of those that fought to keep our flag red, white and blue, remember the many that flew across rough windy channels with one mission to fight for and keep America’s freedom.
